    Marmaduke Huby

Marmaduke Huby was the Abbot of Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire from 1495 to 1526. Between 1494 and 1520 under his leadership the monastery more than doubled in numbers at a time of steady decline nationally. He replaced John Darnton.
